摘　　要：目的对我院用药咨询工作实践与效果评价进行剖析。方法对我院2015年3月至2016年4月由资深药师在药物咨询工作中搜集的就诊患者用药咨询资料进行回顾性分析,对研究期间咨询患者身份、年龄分布、咨询药物类别、用药咨询内容等进行分析。结果用药咨询问题主要集中在用法用量、药物疗效、不良反应、药物相互作用4个方面。结论通过本次回顾性分析研究,能够全方位地发现医院药学工作需要改进之处,更好地迎合患者的需求,达到提高医院药学服务水平的目的。Objective To analyze the practice and effect evaluation of medication consultation in our hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the consultation data of the patients who received medical consultation from senior pharmacists in the drug consultation work from March 2015 to April 2016. The patients＇ identity, age distribution, medication consultation category, medication consultation content and other questions during the study period were analyzed. Results The problems of medication consultation mainly focused on 4 aspects： usage, dosage, curative effect, adverse reaction and drug interaction. Conclusion Through this retrospective analysis, we can find the needs of improvement of hospital pharmacy in all directions, and better meet the needs of patients, so as to improve the level of hospital pharmaceutical care.
