优质护理干预对行IUD放置术患者术后出血及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预对行宫内节育器(IUD)放置术患者术后出血及疼痛的影响。方法选择在我院行IUD放置术的96例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将所有入选者分为观察组(行优质护理)与对照组(行常规护理),每组48例。干预后,比较两组患者的术后出血量、疼痛情况、经期延长时间及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组出血量较少、经期延长时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无痛、轻度疼痛所占比例高于对照组,而中、重度疼痛所占比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为95.83%(46/48),明显高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预有利于减少行IUD放置术患者的术后出血量,缓解患者疼痛,可促进患者术后康复,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on postoperative bleeding and pain in patients underwent insertion surgery of intrauterine device （IUD）. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients underwent insertion surgery of IUD in our hospital were divided into observation group （accepted high quality nursing） and control group （received routine nursing） according to different nursing modes, with 48 cases in each group. After intervention, the postoperative bleeding volume, pain, menstrual extension time and satisfactory the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the bleeding volume of the observation group was less, and the menstrual extension time was shorter （P〈0.05）; the ratios of painlessness and mild pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the ratios of moderate and severe pain were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.83% （46/48）, which was significantly higher than 77.08% （37/48） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for patients with insertion of IUD can reduce postoperative bleeding of patients, relieve pain, promote recovery and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
