摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过梳理国内外个人信息管理行为研究,有助于了解国内外在此领域的研究进展,为后续学术研究提供参考,从而弥补国内研究缺陷和不足。[方法/过程]通过跟踪和选取国内外重要研究成果,采用归纳法揭示当前研究热点并对相关研究进行评述。首先通过概念辨析对个人信息管理行为的内涵进行解释,其次发现国外个人信息管理行为研究现状和发展动态主要体现为研究对象增多、呈现跨学科特征,研究内容更加丰富,行为影响因素的研究不断深入,多种研究方法相结合。最后对国内相关研究成果进行总结和对比分析。[结果/结论]在此基础上,未来应从多学科框架对个人信息管理行为进行综合研究,从用户认知视角研究个人信息管理行为特点和变化规律,关注用户个体差异化,构建融合情境感知的个性化信息推荐机制,有利于应对当前信息超载、冗余、碎片化的问题,从而提高个人信息利用效率。[Purpose/Significance] This paper clarifies the domestic and foreign personal information management behavior research, which is useful for discovering research progress to lay a foundation for future research and make up for defects of domestic research in this field. [Method/Process] This study follows and selects major research achievement, which investigates the research topic using inductive research method and reviews on the correlational research. Compared with some relative concept, this paper explains the connotation of per- sonal information management behavior, which suggests the research status and development trend of foreign personal information manage- ment behavior research lie in：the expansion of research object, the crossing of multiple fields, the plentiful of research content, the deepe- ning research of behavior influence factor,and the combination of multiple research methods. Finally,the paper makes a summary and com- parative analysis of domestic related research achievement. [ Result/Conclusion ] On the basis, it proposes the future research should con- duct the comprehensive research of PIM behavior from a multidisciplinary framework, explore behavior characteristics and variation from users＇ cognitive perspective, focus on users＇ individual differentiation, and build personalized information recommendation mixed context awareness. All of that can deal with the current information overload, redundancy and fragmentation, and improve utilization efficiency of personal information.
