摘　　要：国外医学职业精神培育在培育理念、培育模式、评估方式等方面取得了许多成功的经验,给我国卓越医学人才医德素质培育提供了重要的启示。借鉴其有益的做法,我国在卓越医学人才医德素质培育方面可做进一步尝试:增强卓越医学人才医德素质培育课程设置的人文性、探索卓越医学人才医德素质培育方法的多样性、坚持卓越医学人才医德素质评估的全面性、加强卓越医学人才医德素质培育组织的专业性。Foreign medical professional spirit cultivation has made much successful experience in cultivating concept, cultivating mode, evaluation method, and so on. It provided important enlightenment for the medical eth- ics quality training of excellent medical talents in our country. Drawing lessons from the beneficial practice, we can do further attempts in the aspects of medical ethics quality training of excellent medical talents in our country. For example, we can enhance the humanity of the medical ethics quality training curriculums, explore the diversity of medical ethics quality training methods, adhere to the comprehensiveness of the medical ethics quality assessment, and strengthen the professionalism of medical ethics quality training organizations.
