摘　　要：开发了以LabVIEW软件为核心,以工控机为平台,利用研华数据采集卡及软件数字信号滤波设计的一套高速、可靠的焊接电流参数采集及数据存储系统。实际应用验证,该系统对焊接质量监测具备高效率、低成本、高可靠性等特点,具有良好的市场应用价值。This paper uses Advantech data acquisition card and digital signal filtering software design to develop a set of high speed and reliable welding current parameters collection and data storage system based on LabVIEW.The practical application shows that the system of quality monitoring has characteristics of high efficiency, low cost, high re｜lability and good market application value.
