摘　　要：SS3型电力机车齿轮箱漏油故障问题对机车的安全运行有着重要影响,根据对齿轮箱漏油部位的多年统计,结合回修票、售后反馈、现场观察,分析了造成齿轮箱漏油的主要原因,并制定了相应的措施以改善SS3型电力机车齿轮箱漏油故障问题,确保SS3型电力机车的检修质量及运行安全。The leakage of gear case has the significant influence on the operation of SS3 electric locomotive. According to tile statistics of the leakage positions and the results of repair, the feedback of customer service, the on-site observation, the main reasons which causing leakage of the gear case are analyzed, meanwhile corresponding measures are formulated to improve this problem. The maintenance quality and operation safety of SS3 electric locomotive are ensured.
