摘  要:以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、醋酸乙烯(VAc)、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(LMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)等单体为原料,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过溶液聚合得到一种固含量为45.14%、黏度为4 300 m Pa·s的聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶ZH-014,在ZH-014中加入适量的交联剂,制成聚酰亚胺(PI)基材的胶粘带DW1551,其初粘性为6~8#、剥离力8~9 N/25 mm、耐高温180℃/4 h不残胶、耐电解液85℃/24 h不脱胶。The polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive (ZH-014) was prepared by the solution polymerization with 2-EHA, BA, VAc, LMA and GMA as the raw materials and BPO and AIBN as the initiating agents, whose solid content is 45.14% and the viscosity is 4 300 mPa · s. Then a right amount of crosslinking agent was added to the adhesive ZH-014 to prepare the adhesive tape (DW1551) for the polyimide (PI) based substrate. The results showed that the tackness, stripping force, high temperature restriction and resistance to electrolyte of the adhesive tape DW1551 were 6 - 8#, 8 - 9 N/25 mm, 180 ℃ x 4 h and 85 ℃/24 h, respectively.
