摘 要:可调喷管由调节片和密封片组成,喷管周向内型面不是严格圆形而是多边形,周向内型面对喷管流场的影响会进一步影响喷管性能。以圆形和三种多边形周向内型面收敛-扩张喷管为研究对象,给以相同轴向尺寸和进口条件,利用流体计算分析软件FLUENT对喷管内流场进行了计算分析,得到的影响规律为可调喷管结构的优化设计提供参考。研究结果表明:可调收敛-扩张喷管调节片数越多,周向内型面越接近于圆形,喷管流动损失越小。The variable nozzle is composed of flaps and seals,and the inner contour of the nozzle is not precisely circular but polygonal. The inner contour has influence on flow and nozzle performance. The circular and three kinds of polygonal circumferential inner contour convergent-divergent nozzles are taken as the research object. The same axial dimension and inlet condition are used. The software FLUENT is used to analyze the internal flow field. The influence of different inner contours on the flow field of the variable convergent-divergent nozzle is given,which provides a reference for the optimized design of the variable nozzle structure. The results show that the bigger the number of variable nozzles is, and the more the circumferential inner surface is approximate to circular shape, and the smaller the flow loss from the inlet to the outlet is.
