摘　　要：为进一步提高带式输送机采制样的效率,设计了一种基于西门子组态软件WinCC与S7-300 PLC的带式输送机中部煤炭采制样系统。重点介绍了系统的硬件设置、软件编程、操作方式及系统功能等。该控制系统经投入使用,能很好地满足、服务于煤矿带式输送机中部采制样的生产要求,使机械化采制样的效率得到很大的提升。In order to further improve the efficiency of sampling in belt conveyor, designed a central coal sampling system based on the SIEMENS WinCC configuration software and S7-300 PLC. The system hardware, software programming, operation mode and system function were introduced. The control system was put into use, has achieved the requirements of production and service in the coal belt conveyor central sampling, the efficiency of the mechanical sampling have been greatly improved.
