摘  要:目的初步掌握深圳市大鹏新区蚊虫种群构成、密度情况,为蚊媒的防控提供科学的依据。方法在不同生境,于2016年3月至2017年2月采用诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度,对捕获的成蚊进行分类鉴定。于2016年5-10月,伊蚊专项监测采用诱蚊诱卵器法和布雷图指数法。结果共捕获成蚊2 019只,平均蚊密度为9.35只/灯,致倦库蚊为优势蚊种(86.1%),其次为三带喙库蚊(5.1%)、白纹伊蚊(5.4%),民宿成蚊密度(15.17只/灯)最高,蚊密度季节消长呈双峰型;平均诱蚊诱卵指数为(MOI)为6.33,不同生境类型伊蚊密度不同,旅游景点布雷图指数(18.17)、房屋指数(10.58)、容器指数(32.49)最高。结论深圳市大鹏新区民宿成蚊密度、旅游景点布雷图指数相对较高,应加大对蚊媒的监测和防控。Objectlve To provide scientific information for the prediction and control of mosquito vectors by investigating the species composition and the density of mosquitoes in Dapeng new district of Shenzhen city. Methods Survey concerning mosquito population density and species composition in different habitats were conducted by capturing of mosquitoes with trapping lamp method and classification and identification of catches from March 2016 to February 2017. In addition, surveillance on the density of Aedes albopictus and larvae in different habitats were implemented using mosquito oviposition trap and Breteau index methods from May to October in 2016. Results In total,2019 adult mosquitoes were captured,with Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus being the dominant species accounting for 86.1% , followed by Culex tritaeniorhynchus Giles (5.1% ) and Aedes albopictus ( 5.4% ), the average mosquito population density being 9.35 individual per lamp. The density of mosquitoes in the hostel of residential area ( 15.17 individual per lamp) was the highest and the growth and decline of the season was a double peak curve;Considering different density index on Aedes among investigated habitats, the breteau index (BI) in tourist attractions, the container index in tourist attractions, the house index in tourist attractions were the highest, the average MOI being 6.33. Conclusion In consideration of relatively high mosquito population density in the hostel of a residential area and BI in tourist attractions,it should strengthen the surveillance, prevention and control of mosquito vectors.
