摘　　要：目的统计2006-2016年金山区医疗机构的疟疾疫情报告情况,分析金山区疟疾疫情流行特征,为预防控制疟疾疫情提供科学依据。方法根据中国疾病预防控制系统疟疾疫情网络报告卡,流行病学调查资料,进行统计分析。结果 2006-2016年金山区医疗机构共报告疟疾病例180例,其中本地感染病例10例,最后1例本地感染病例为2008年报告;8、10月份报告的病例共占全年的26.67%;男女性别比为6.20:1;20~49岁年龄段的病例占78.33%;职业为工人、干部职员的病例共占70.00%;具有金山户籍的病例占5.56%;在金山有居住地址的病例占9.44%。结论金山区医疗机构报告的疟疾病例中输入性病例占绝大多数,应加强对输入性疟疾疫情的监测和防控。Objective The report situation on malaria cases from the medical institutions in Jinshan District, Shanghai, during 2006 to 2016 is analyzed to describe the epidemiological characteristics of the malaria epidemic, so as to provide a scientific reference for strategies development of malaria prevention and control. Methods Descriptive analysis was carried out, based on data obtained from National Notifiable Disease Report System （NNDRS）, and Epidemiological investigation report. Results A total of 180 malaria cases was reported by medical institutions in Jinshan District, Shanghai from 2006 to 2016.10 out of 180 cases reported were locally infected,the last case of them occurred in 2008 ;Among all malaria cases reported,26.67% of them were reported in August and October,the sex ratio （male/female） was 6.20：1,141 （78.33%） patients were aged from 20 to 49 years old,the most common occupations were workers and cadres/staff, accounted for 57.22%, 12.78% respectively, the number of cases whose census register seat or residential address located in Jinshan was 10 （5.56%） and 17 （9.44%）, respectively. Conclusion Among the malaria cases reported by medical institutions in Jinshan District,the imported cases had the highest proportion. Therefore, we should strengthen the surveillance as well as prevention and control of imported malaria epidemic situation.
