摘  要:提出了双转子叶片马达,一个壳体内有内、外两个马达,可通过不同的连接方式输出四种不同的转矩.分析了马达四种工作状态时的瞬时转矩及转矩脉动,当马达差动连接时转矩脉动最小,当两个马达共同工作时转矩脉动最大.研究了不同叶片个数时马达的瞬时转矩,讨论了叶片个数与转矩脉动之间的关系,结果表明:当叶片数为4的奇数倍时转矩脉动的理论值为零;当叶片数为2的奇数倍时会产生一定的转矩脉动;当叶片数为4的偶数倍时会产生较大的转矩脉动.The dual-rotor vane motor was proposed,which has inner and outer two motors in a shell. Four different torque can be output by different connection modes.Motor′s instantaneous torque and torque pulsation of four working states of motor was analyzed,when the motor was differential con-nected,motor′s torque pulsation was the smallest,and the torque pulsation was maximum when the two motors worked together.Instantaneous torque of the motor with different number of vanes was studied,and the relationship between the number of vanes and the torque pulsation was discussed. Result show that the theoretical value of the torque pulsation is 0 when the number of vanes is four′s odd times.When the number of vanes is two′s odd times,it will produce a certain torque pulsation.A large torque pulsation is generated when the number of vanes is four′s even number times.
