多层次“立交桥”护理教育体系的构建与实施

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们对护理人员的数量与能力要求不断提高。目前,海南省护理人才数量不足,高层次护理人才严重缺乏。为了全面提升海南省的临床护理服务,我校创新性地构建了"立交桥"护理教育体系,实现从中专到专科、中专到本科、专科到本科以及专科到专业硕士之间学历与能力提升多种通途,并设置不同层次的护理教育人才培养模式,解决了海南省护士人数不足与学历较低,高层次人才紧缺的难题。With the development of society, the demand of nursing staffs＇ quantity and ability is in- creasing, and the lack of talents in Hainan Province is especially serious. In order to comprehensively enhance the clinical nursing services in Hainan, it is imperative to establish a nursing personnel train- ing system which is mutual convergence in college education and continuing education. Our school has innovatively built an multiple-level overpass nursing education system, and has built several ways to enhance education qualifications and ability from secondary education to master degree, and has built several Nursing education personnel training model for different levels person. Hence we solved the i- solation problem between undergraduate nursing, vocational, vocational education in Hainan, and solved the problem about nurses＇ education qualification too low and high-level specialist talent shortage.
