摘  要:经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)是前列腺增生手术治疗的金标准,TURP手术学习周期长、推广困难。西安交通大学第二附属医院泌尿外科在丰富的TURP手术经验的基础上,总结建立了一套基于能力模块的TURP手术教学体系。该教学体系将TURP手术分为10个能力目标模块,每个教学模块设定一项技能目标,教学内容及训练方法围绕此目标展开。学员根据能力水平逐级学习。该体系经不断完善和长期实践检验,在TURP手术医师培养中收到了良好的教学效果。Transurethral Resection of Prostate (TURP) is the gold-standard of surgical treatment of benign hyperplasia of prostate. Nevertheless the long learning-cycle of TURP limits its wide use. On the base of rich experience in surgery of TURP, we build a competency based education system. In this system, process of TURP was divided into 10 competency modules, with one specific ability goal in every module. Training content and teaching method were carried out around the ability goal. Students complete 10 competency modules step by step according to their ability level. A significant effect was seen of this educational system in the training of surgery on TURP.
