摘　　要：皮肤性病学是一门以形态学教学为主的临床学科,有其自身的规律和特点。以皮肤性病学"三基"内容为基础,建立"皮损"为中心的扩展教学法及"病例"为中心的延伸教学法的理论教学模式,建立以学生为主体的临床见习及实习模式,完成理论、实践、再理论、再实践的学习历程,激励学生进行积极自主的学习,使学生具备提出、分析和解决问题的能力,提高教学质量。"三基"训练有助于培养专业知识水平全面、临床实践能力强的皮肤科专业人才。Dermatovenerology is a clinical discipline based on morphology teaching, which has its own rules and characteristics. On basis of the three basics, the expansive teaching model centered on the skin lesions and the extending teaching model focused on case were established. Additionally, the clinical probation and practice mode centered on students was established, which encourages students to complete the course of theory-practice-further theory-further practice, motivates them to learn au- tonomously and help them to build the capacity of raising, analyzing and resolving problems, so as to improve the quality of teaching. Three basics training makes it possible to cultivate professional der- matologists with comprehensive professional knowledge and great clinical practice ability.
