β防御素-2在小鼠非淋菌性阴道炎中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨β防御素-2在非淋菌性阴道炎小鼠阴道组织中的表达及其意义。方法2015年7月将BALB/c小鼠50只采用随机数字表法分为空白对照组、雌二醇组、支原体及衣原体混合感染组、支原体感染组和衣原体感染组,每组10只。造模成功后处死小鼠并取阴道组织,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应及蛋白质印迹法检测β防御素-2的表达。结果雌二醇组、各感染组小鼠阴道组织β防御素-2的m RNA表达明显高于空白对照组,各感染组小鼠阴道组织β防御素-2的表达明显高于雌二醇组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小鼠阴道组织β防御素-2的表达方式为诱导表达,其在小鼠阴道黏膜天然免疫中发挥着重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and meaning of β defensin-2 in vaginal tissue of non-gonococcus vaginitis mouse. Methods Fifty BALB/c mice were divided into the blank control group,estradiol group,mycoplasma and Chlamydia mixed infection group,mycoplasma infection group and Chlamydia infection group according to the random number table method,10 cases in each group. After successfully constructing the model,the mice were killed for taking vaginal tissue. The expression of β defensin-2 was detected by using the real time quantitative PCR and Western blotting. Results The β defensin-2 expression in the estradiol group and various infection groups was significantly higher than that in the blank control group, the vaginal tissue β defensin-2 expression in various infection groups was significantly higher than that in the estradiol group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression mode of mouse vaginal tissue β defensin-2 is inducible expression,which plays an important role in innate immunity of mouse vaginal mucous membrane.
