摘  要:为了提高电池内阻检测的精度,深入研究电池内阻基本原理,通过分析电池内阻的特性,建立电池内阻的测量模型,提出基于交流注入法测内阻的测量方案,准确的计算出电池的内阻。对测量过程中可能产生的误差进行分析,对采样误差多种静态误差进行精确估算,提出微小信号处理和多节电池级联的测量策略减少误差,提高电池内阻测量精度,实现了硬件测量系统下的补偿方法。随机选取10组电池组进行实验,将采集到的内阻值进行补偿,与真实值进行对比,精确度达到1.19%,验证了补偿方法的精确性。For the current resistance measurement is accurate, we research the basic principle of the internal resistance of battery, through analyzing the characteristics of the internal resistance of the battery, establish the measurement model of the internal resistance of the battery , present the measurement scheme based on the method of measuring the internal resistance of AC injection and calculate the internal resistance of battery accurately. Analyze the possible error during the measurement process, estimate many kinds of static errors of sampling error precisely. Put forward a measurement strategy that small signal processing is cascaded with multi-cell battery to reduce error, increase the measurement accuracy of internal resistance of battery and realize the compensation method under hardware measurement system. Randomly selected 10 groups of battery packs to do the test and compensate the collected internal resistance value. Compare it with actual value and the accuracy is up to 1.19%, which verifies the accuracy of this compensation method.
