摘　　要：目的:对虹桥社区65岁及以上老年人群的高血压和高血糖患病现况进行分析,为开展慢性病防治工作提供依据。方法:选择2012至2016年虹桥社区首次参与体检的5 060名65岁及以上老年人为研究对象,其中男性2 175名,平均年龄(76.05±7.09)岁,女性2 885名,平均年龄(76.09±7.19)岁。分析老年人的高血压和高血糖患病现况。结果:高血压和高血糖的检出率分别为64.70%和24.85%;高血压和高血糖检出率均随年龄增高而上升(P均<0.01);高血压检出率男性为62.90%,女性为66.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血糖检出率男性为26.53%,女性为22.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本社区65岁及以上老年人群高血压和高血糖的检出率较高,需要进一步加强社区预防筛查工作,积极采取针对性的防治措施,以保证老年人群高质量的生活。Objective： To analyze the prevalence of hypertension and hyperglycemia in the elderly population aged 65 and above in Hongqiao Community to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Methods： A total of 5 060 cases aged 65 and over who participated in the first physical examination of Hongqiao Community from 2012 to 2016 were selected as the study objects, among them, 2 175 were males, with an average age of （76.05±7,09） years, and 2 885 females, with an average age of （76.09±7.19） years. The prevalence of hypertension and hyperglycemia in the elderly was analyzed. Results： The detection rates of hypertension and hyperglycemia were 64.70% and 24.85%, respectively. The detection rates of hypertension and hyperglycemia increased with age（P〈0.01）. The detection rates of hypertension were 62.90% in the male and 66.07% in the female, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The detection rates of hyperglycemia were 26.53% in the male and 22.70% in the female, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The prevalence of hypertension and hyperglycemia is higher in the elderly population aged 65 and over in the community, which needs to further strengthen community preventive screening, and take targeted measures of prevention and control to ensure the high quality of life in the elderly population.
