益肾活血方对CKD3-4期血瘀证患者ADAMTS13及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血方对慢性肾脏病CKD3-4期血瘀证患者临床疗效、炎症细胞因子以及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将86例CKD3-4期患者随机抽样法分为西药常规治疗组(对照组)、益肾活血方+西药常规治疗组(治疗组),每组各43例,检测患者治疗前后血清Scr、BUN、GFR、TNF-α、IL-6水平和VWF:Ag、ADAMTS13活性。结果:益肾活血方治疗组一方面能明显改善CKD3-4期血瘀证患者的临床症状,降低Scr、BUN水平,升高GFR;另一方面,益肾活血方还能明显降低患者血清TNF-ɑ、IL-6炎症因子水平及VWF活性,增加ADAMTS13活性。结论:益肾活血方能显著改善CKD3-4血瘀证患者临床症状,提高肾功能,降低炎症因子和减轻血管内皮损伤。Objective： To observe the effect of Yishen Huoxue Prescription on clinical effects, inflammatory cytokines and vascular endothelial function levels of patients with blood stasis syndrome on CKD3 - 4 stage. Method： Eighty - six CKD3 -4 patients were randomly divided into Western medicine routine treatment group （control group）, Yishen Huoxue prescription ＋ conventional Western medicine treatment group （treatment group）. Forty -three cases on each group were tested before and after treatment in patients with serum levels of Scr, BUN and GFR, levels of TNF alpha, IL - 6 and VWF： Ag, ADAMTS13 activity. Result：Yishen Huoxue Prescription ＋ conventional Western medicine treatment can obviously improve the CKD3 -4 clinical symptoms of patients with blood stasis, lower levels of Scr and BUN and higher GFR. On the other hand, it also can significantly reduce serum TNF - α, IL - 6, inflammatory factor levels and VWF activity and increase ADAMTS13 activity. Conclusion：Yishen Huoxue Prescription can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with blood stasis syndrome CKD3 -4 and renal function and reduce inflammation factors and vascular endothelial damage.
