中医治疗膜性肾病的临床进展

摘　　要：膜性肾病是我国肾病综合征常见的病理类型之一,病情迁延难愈。西医使用免疫抑制剂以及细胞毒性激素类药物治疗不良反应多。电子检索2011年—2016年中医药治疗性膜性肾病的相关文献及临床研究,对中医各医家近几年治疗膜性肾病的思路及经验进行总结,得到了许多的共识。文献回顾显示中医治疗膜性肾病有较多研究,疗效佳,值得借鉴。但依据近几年发展趋势,显示中西医结合治疗更有一定的潜力和优势,小剂量激素类药物联合中医药治疗,相关报道增多,中西医结合治疗膜性肾病更值得临床推广和运用。Membranous nephropathy is one of China＇s nephrotie syndrome common pathological types. Western medicine uses immunosuppressive agents and cytotoxic hormone drugs for the treatment of toxic and side effects. Retrieve TCM treatment of membranous nephropathy related literature during 2011-2016 and clinical research. Carry on the summary to the TCM physicians in recent years for the treatment of membrane nephropathy ideas and experience. Literature review shows that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of membranous nephropathy have more research and the effect is better. It is worthy of learning. But according to the trend of development in recent years, there is more potential and advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and small dose hormone drugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The relevant reports are increasing. Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy is more worthy of clinical popularization and application.
