安神补脑液过膜前与过膜后对记忆障碍和方向辨别障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较过膜前、过膜后的安神补脑液在改善小鼠记忆障碍和方向辨别障碍方面的不同作用效果。方法:利用乙醇致小鼠记忆再现障碍模型,通过跳台法记录小鼠错误次数,比较过膜后各样品对记忆功能的改善作用;利用腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠致小鼠方向辨别障碍模型,通过水迷宫实验,观察各样品的对小鼠的益智作用。结果:过膜前高剂量组和过膜后高、低剂量组的安神补脑液能够改善乙醇致小鼠记忆再现障碍;过膜前、过膜后的安神补脑液都能显著改善小鼠的方向辨别障碍,尤其是过膜后效果更佳。结论:过膜后的安神补脑液保留了过膜前的记忆改善作用,并提高了其在方向辨别方面的保护作用。Objective ： To study the improvement effects on memory and identification to direction of unfiltered and fil- tered Anshen Bunao Solutions. Methods ： The alcohol - induced acquired dysmnesia mice were adopted to the step down test to study the memory improvement effects of the solutions. The learning and memory capability of mice was investigated by the Y - water maze test. Results ： The high - dose group of the unfiltered and both high and low dose groups of the filtered Anshen Bunao Solutions could improve the memory acquirement deficits and memory representation disorder in mice. Both the unfiltered and filtered groups can significantly improve the direction of the mice to identify obstacles, of which the filtered groups do better. Conclusion： Filtered Anshen Bunao Solutions keep the memory improvement effects and enhance the effects on direction to identify obstacles of the unfiltered Anshen Bunao Solutions.
