滋阴平肝汤治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析滋阴平肝汤治疗围绝经期综合征(MPS)的临床效果。方法:选取医院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的72例围绝经期综合征患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组患者给予吉祥安坤丸及谷维素片治疗,观察组采用滋阴平肝汤治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.22%,显著高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前性激素水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后显著改善,观察组患者LH、FSH水平分别为(24.6±2.3)mlu·m L^(-1)、(35.4±4.1)mlu·m L^(-1),显著低于对照组相应指标,E2水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对围绝经期综合征患者,滋阴平肝汤可有效缓解临床症状,提高治疗有效率,改善性激素水平,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective ： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Ziyin Pinggan Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome （MPS）. Methods： In our hospital, 72 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into the observation group （n = 36） and control group （n = 36） according to a random number table method. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group used Ziyin Pinggan Decoction. The treatment effects in two groups were analyzed. Results： The observation treatment group＇ s total effective rate was 97. 22%, significantly higher than the control group＇s 69.44%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment, two groups＇ sex hormone levelshad no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels were significantly improved. The observation group＇ s LH and FSH levels were （24.6 ± 2.3 ） mlu·m L^-1 and （35.4 ± 4.1 ） mlu·m L^-1, significantly lower than the corresponding index of the control group and E2 level was significantly higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： For perimenopausal syndrome patients, Ziyin Pinggan Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the treatment efficiency and the level of sex hormones, worthy of extensive promotion and application.
