中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效及彩色多普勒超声观察

摘　　要：目的:对中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓与单纯西医常规治疗效果的差别进行比较,将结果以彩色多普勒超声对效果进行观察。方法:选取医院血管外科的102例住院患者,按照随机数字法分成两组,在西医常规组51例实行溶栓和抗凝治疗方案,中西医结合组的51例在西医常规组的治疗方案基础上加用中药,以彩色多普勒超声监测仪,分别对患者身体的以下指标进行检查:股静脉内血栓大小和管腔阻塞程度。并对以下的凝血生化指标进行测量:D-二聚体(mg/L),凝血酶原时间(s)与纤维蛋白原(g/L)。结果:中西医结合组的D-二聚体(mg/L),凝血酶原时间(s)与纤维蛋白原(g/L)三个项目的改善程度均优于西医常规组,差别出现统计学意义(P<0.05),经过彩色多普勒超声探测,下肢股静脉的阻塞情况,两组也都出现好转,但中西医结合组的要优于西医常规组,差别出现统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗效果比较上,两组也出现统计学差异(P<0.05),中西医结合组的要优于西医常规组。结论:中西医结合对下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗效果优于单纯的西医治疗,值得推广。Objective ： To compare the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and conventional western medicine. The results were observed by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods： In our hospital, 102 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number method. Fifty - one cases in the routine group were treated with thrombolysis and anticoagulation. Another fifty - one in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were treated by routine western medicine based on the program with traditional Chinese medicine to color Doppler ultrasound monitoring device, respectively. Test following indicators ： the femoral vein thrombosis and luminal obstruction, D -dimer （mg/L）, prothrombin time （s） and fibrinogen （g/L） were measured and the following parameters of coagulation biochemistry were measured. Result： The improvement of D- dimer （mg/L）, prothrombin time （s） and fibrinogen （g/L） of TCM - WM group was better than that of WM group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. After the color Doppler ultrasonography, the lower extremity femoral vein occlusion of the two groups was also improved but the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that of the conventional Western group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment of comparison, the two groups also showed statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The combination of traditional Chinese and West- ern medicine group was better than that of the conventional Western group. Conclusion ： Integrative medicine on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis treatment is better than the simple Western medicine treatment and it is worthy of promoting.
