挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌、认知功能的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌、认知功能影响及疗效。方法:选自医院于2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的睡眠障碍患者96例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组48例与对照组48例。对照组给予酸枣仁汤,观察组在对照组基础上结合挑治疗法。两组疗程均为4周。结果:两组ACTH(促肾上腺皮质激素)、CRH(促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素)、TRH(促甲状腺激素释放激素)、GnRH(促性腺激素释放激素)水平治疗后均下降(P<0.05);观察组ACTH、CRH、TRH、GnRH水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠质量评分治疗后均下降(P<0.05);观察组睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠质量评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Mo CA评分治疗后均增加(P<0.05);观察组Mo CA评分治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(87.50%)高于对照组(70.83%)(P<0.05);两组心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,且无明显不良反应。结论:挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤治疗睡眠障碍患者疗效显著,可改善患者认知功能,改善患者神经内分泌,且安全可靠,值得研究。Objective： To evaluate acupuncture combined with Suanzaoren Decoction treatment neuroendocrine sleep disorders, cognitive function and its clinical efficacy. Method ： From January 2015 - January 2016,96 patients with disorderswere randomly divided into observation group 48 cases and control group 48 cases. The control group received Suanzaoren Decoction and the observation group was given acupuntrue on the basis of the control group. The treatment lasted 4 weeks. Results ： The two groups＇ ACTH, CRH, TRH and GnRH levels decreased after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇ s ACTH, CRH, TRH and GnRH levels after treatment than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups＇ sleep time, sleep disorders, sleep efficiency, sleep duration and sleep quality score decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group＇ s sleep time, sleep disorder, sleep efficiency, sleep latency and quality of sleep scores after treatment than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups＇ MoCA score after treatment increased （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment,the observation group＇ s MoCA score was higher （ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇ s total effective rate （87.50%） was higher that the control group＇ s （70.83%） （P 〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ electrocardiogram, blood, urine, liver and kidney functions were normaland there was no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Suanzaoren Decoction treatment of sleep disorders in patients with significant effect and can improve cognitive function in patients, improve patient neuroendocrine. It is safe and worthy of studying.
