清瘀化痰饮配合西药治疗小儿代谢综合征的疗效及对体质量指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索清热化痰饮配合西药治疗小儿代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效及对患儿体质量指数(BMI)的影响。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年12月期间于医院检查确诊并接受治疗的90例代谢综合征患儿纳入临床研究,根据其入院时间进行编号,其中被编为单号者45例为对照组,采取常规西药治疗,编为双号者45例为观察组,在西药治疗基础上配合清瘀化痰饮,分析临床治疗效果并进行差异分析。结果:观察组患者治疗后腰围(85.23±1.67)cm、BMI(24.10±1.54)均较其治疗前和对照组明显减少,各项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后FBG(7.30±0.76)mmol/L、PBG(8.43±0.76)mmol/L、SBP(120.25±5.56)mm Hg、DBP(75.85±4.01)mm Hg,均较其治疗前和对照组有明显减少,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后TC(4.48±0.55)mmol/L、TG(1.78±0.27)mmol/L、LDL(2.80±0.33)mmol/L,均较其治疗前和对照组有明显减少,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热化痰饮配合西药治疗小儿代谢综合征能调节其糖脂代谢紊乱,且在控制血压,减轻体质量方面效果显著,可作为临床治疗的首选方案。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine on children＇s metabolic syndrome and its influence on body mass index （BMI）. Methods ： A total of 90 children with metabolic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study. According to the time of admission, 4 5 patients were classified as the control group which was treated with routine western medicine.Forty - five patients were divided into observation group and treated with QingreHuatan Decoction. The therapeutic effect was analyzed and the difference was analyzed. Results： The waist circumference （85.23 ±1.67） cm and BMI （24.10 ±1.54） kg/m^2 in observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. FBG（7.30 ± 0.76 ） mmol/L, PBG （ 8.43 ± 0.76 ） mmol/L, SBP （120.25± 5.56） mmHg and DBP （75.85 ± 4.01 ） mmHg after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. TC （4.48 ±0.55） mmol/L,TG（ 1.78 ±0.27）mmol/L and LDL（2.80 ± 0.33 ）mmol/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine can regulate the metabolism of glucose and lipid in children with metabolic syndromeand it can be used as the first choice of clinical treatment for controlling blood pressure and reducing body weight.
