摘  要:大数据时代对信息管理学科人才培养模式提出了新的要求。我国信息管理学科人才培养模式存在培养目标定位模糊、课程设置思路不清、人才培养方式单一等问题。大数据对信息管理科学的冲击、适应大数据时代发展的信息管理学科的变革、就业市场大数据相关专业人才的旺盛需求推动了大数据时代信息管理学科人才培养模式的改革。大数据时代信息管理学科人才培养模式改革应注重:顺应大数据时代需要确定人才培养目标;针对大数据内容调整课程体系;依托大数据平台完善人才培养途径。The big data era makes new requests for personnel training mode of information management discipline. Such problems as ambiguous educational objective, confusing curriculum system and oversimplified personnel training method exist in personnel training mode of information management discipline in China. Motive causes for driving reform of personnel training mode of information management discipline in the big data era comprise of: impact on information management brought about by the big data, reform of the information management discipline in accordance to development of the big data era, and surging demand for graduates relevant to the big data in job market. Reform of personnel training mode of information management discipline in the big data era emphasizes that educational objectives should be set in compliance with demands of the big data era, curriculum system should be adjusted in the direction of big data content, and educational approaches should be improved on the basis of big data platform.
