摘 要:影像诊断工作中常遇到多发占位病灶,准确诊断多发占位病灶组织成分是否来源一致,对指导临床规范化治疗具有非常重要的意义。西门子公推出的炫速双源CT具有多种能量成像技术优势,它不仅能够降低辐射剂量,还能通过能量衰减曲线及其斜率、CT值、碘图辨别肿瘤的来源、分期以及对于转移灶的确定,而且在这方面正发挥越来越重要的作用。双源CT能量成像的领域是不可预知的,在提供快速、稳健、定量和全身功能成像的基础上提供越来越详细的组织分化及特征。Multiple space-occupying lesions are often encountered in diagnostic imaging work,and accurate diagnosis of whether the source of the tissue components of multiple space-occupying lesions shows consistence has great significance for the standardized clinical treatment. With the promotion of Siemens Somatom Definition Flash CT and the development of study on various aspects,dual-source CT energy-imaging technology has many advantages,which can not only reduce the radiation dose,but also identify the source and stage of tumor and determine metastasis through energy attenuation curve and its slope,CT value,and iodine distribution map,playing an increasingly important role in this respect. The field of dualsource CT energy-imaging is unpredictable,providing more detailed characteristics and tissue differentiation on the basis of provision of fast,robust,quantitative and functional systemic imaging.
