授权能力与社区老年糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨授权能力与社区老年糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系。方法采用便利抽样入户调查法,对满足纳入标准的社区老年糖尿病患者,应用中文版糖尿病授权量表(CM-DES)进行调查并测定HbA1c。结果社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平为4.7%~14.6%[平均(8.35±1.33)%]。授权能力总分为(56.43±6.79)分,授权能力处于高、中、低水平的患者分别占12.9%、69.4%、17.7%,HbA1c<7.0%的社区老年糖尿病患者授权能力高于HbA1c≥7.0%患者(P<0.05),且授权能力总分、自我决策、自我调整维度与社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论授权能力与社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平密切相关,可通过提高患者的授权能力降低患者的HbA1c平均水平,帮助患者提高生活质量。Objective To explore the relationship between empowerment ability and glycosylated hemoglobin among elderly patients with diabetes in community in order to provide evidence for home-visiting of elderly diabetes in community. Methods Elderly patients with diabetes meeting the inclusive criteria were selected with convenience sampling household survey method,investigated with the CM-DES and measured glycosylated hemoglobin.Results The average level of glycosylated hemoglobin was 4. 7% ~ 14. 6% [（ 8. 35 ± 1. 33） %]. The total score of the empowerment ability was（ 56.43±6.79）,the percentage of high,middle and low level of the empowerment ability was 12.9%,69.4% and 17.7% respeltively. Patients with the level of glycosylated hemoglobin below 7.0% had higher empowerment ability than the others. Empowerment ability,the dimention of self-decision and self-adjustment had remarkable negative relationship with glycosylated hemoglobin（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions There is a correlation between empowerment ability and the average level of glycosylated hemoglobin,Improving empowerment ability could help patients with diabetes decrease the average level of glycosylated hemoglobin to improve the quality of life.
