摘 要:目的研究布拉氏酵母菌散剂预防小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床效果。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年4月至2016年4月在我院进行治疗的200例肺炎患儿,将患儿随机分为对照组(抗生素治疗)和观察组(抗生素+布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗),各100例。对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的抗生素使用时间长于对照组,腹泻持续时间、腹泻治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的每日大便次数少于对照组,大便性状评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肺炎患儿的腹泻程度和腹泻发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散剂在预防小儿抗生素相关性腹泻发生上的效果确切,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To study the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii sachets in the prevention of infantile antibiotic- associated diarrhea. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 200 children with pneumonia in our hospital were enrolled as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group (antibiotic treatment) and observation group (antibiotic + Saccharomyces boulardii sachets treatment), with 100 cases in each group. The treatment effects were compared in the two groups. Results The pneumonia antibiotic using time in the observation group was longer than that of the control group, diarrhea duration time and diarrhea cure time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The daily stool frequency in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the stool score was higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The severity of diarrhea and the incidence of diarrhea in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii sachets has good effect in the prevention of infantile antibiotic-associated diarrhea, which has high clinical promotion value.
