Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive quality management in perioperative nursing of patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods Eighty cases of patients with gastrointestinal tumor admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine quality management in the perioperative nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive quality management in the perioperative nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, in the study group the security incident rate in nursing was lower, the nursing quality scores were higher, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher (P〈0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive quality management in perioperative nursing of patients with gastrointestinal tumor can improve the patients' disease cognition, reduce the occurrence of security incidents rate in nursing, and improve the quality scores. It is worthy of application in clinic.
