摘 要:目的针对门诊空间有限,探讨门诊管理改进方法及效果。方法强化管理职能,明晰管理职责、加强窗口作用的发挥,突出对内对外宣传、优化就医环境,提升患者就医体验、加快信息化建设,建立快速分流机制、禀窗口首位,树品牌形象。结果门诊管理改进后使就诊各环节等候时间缩短,患者满意度提高。结论改进门诊管理,缩短等候时间是应对门诊量持续增长与门诊空间局限矛盾的关键。Purpose To discuss the revised management method and effect of dealing with the contradiction between the sustainable growth of outpatients the limited space of outpatient. Methods Strengthening the function of management,clarifying the responsibility of management,enhancing the role of windows,emphasizing the internal and external publicity,optimizing the environment,improving patients' experience,speeding up the information construction,setting up the rapid bypass mechanism,giving priority to windows,as well as establishing the brand image.Results The waiting time of each step saved patients' degree of satisfaction improved.Conclusion Therevised management method effectively deals with the contradiction between the sustainable growth of outpatients and the limited space of outpatient department by saving the waiting time of each step.
