摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种基于GPRS的网络配变监测管理系统,包括系统的数据库结构、网络拓扑结构及相关功能模块在内的总体设计方案。同时介绍了该系统所采用的基本技术和软件平台。最后介绍了基于C/S与B/S体系结构相结合的系统软件部分的设计与实现。This article primarily and fundamentally introduces a new distribution transformer monitoring and management system that be built up basing upon GPRS, which including system database construction, network topology, related functional modules and overall system design and scheme. It also introduces the basic technology and software platform of the system. Lastly, it introduces that how to design and implement system programs of software portion by applying the combined construction system of C/S and B/S.
