摘　　要：随着现代高新技术的快速发展,对人员管理的手段也逐渐采用自动识别的技术,用户身份识别管理系统就是对人员信息管理的一种方式。本文立足安徽省电力公司物资公司评标基地的实际应用场景,设计一种基于RFID的专家身份鉴别管理系统,采用RFID开放式门禁配合专家身份鉴别软件系统和专家信息数据库,对专家身份进行识别和管理,具有重要的意义和实用价值。With the rapid development of modem high and new technology, the automatic identification technology is gradually adopted for the means of personnel management, and the user identity management system is a way of information management for group personnel. This paper design a kind of expert identification management system based on RFID and the actual application scenarios of Anhui Provincial Power Company material company, using I：LFID open access control with expert identification software system and expert information database, identification and management of the status of an expert, has important significance and practical value.
