摘　　要：现今,OA系统已在各项重要领域发挥着不可或缺的作用。以医院系统为例,在医院内部,OA系统是医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)的重要组成部分,需要利用计算机网络和信息技术更加有效地挖掘、利用和共享医院医院信息资源,最大限度地实现医院信息资源共享,有效挖掘和利用医院现有资源,不断提升医院管理水平。Nowadays, OA system has played an indispensable role in many important fields. To the hospital system as an example, in the hospital, the hospital information system （OA system is Hospital Information System, HIS） is an important part of the need for more effective mining, utilization and sharing of information resources of hospital computer network and information technology, to maximize the realization of hospital information resources sharing, efficient mining and utilization of hospital resources available and constantly improve the level of hospital management.
