摘  要:以席夫碱官能团为连接臂、香豆素和罗丹明为发色基团,合成了一种荧光探针L,用1HNMR、13CNMR及HRMS对探针的结构进行了表征,并对其识别Ca2+、Cd2+和Al3+的机理进行了考察。结果表明:L在乙醇体系中对Ca2+、Cd2+和Al3+可选择性识别,并且对于其他金属离子具有一定的抗干扰能力。L及配合物[L+金属离子]在pH=7~12内有明显的荧光增强。HRMS和Job's曲线结果表明:L可分别与Ca2+、Cd2+和Al3+形成物质的量比为1∶1、2∶1和2∶1的配合物。A fluorescence probe L was synthesized by using Schiff base functional group as linker,coumarin and rhodamine as chromogenic groups. The probe was characterized by means of1 HNMR,13CNMR and HRMS. In addition,the mechanism of probe L for recognition of Ca^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Al^(3+) were investigated. The results showed that probe L displayed highly selective response to Ca^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Al3 +in ethanol system and exhibited certain anti-interference ability in the presence of other metal ions. Probe L and its complexes containing metal ions had significant fluorescence enhancement effect at pH 7 ~ 12 Meanwhile,the complexes of L with Ca^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Al^(3+) in corresponding molar ratios of1∶1,2∶1 and 2∶1 were formed,which was corroborated by HRMS and Job's plot analyses.
