摘　　要：采用个案分析、访谈和文献资料法,以刘易斯的贫困文化理论作为分析工具对青少年体育救济困境现象和致因要素进行了研究。认为:体育救济术语统摄于体育慈善和体育扶贫;当前体育救济事业显得尤为迫切和重要,但在实践施行中存在结构性困境;具体表现为行政化的权力嵌入与救助效益低下、商业工具性和公益性的失衡、体育救济通道闭塞与供给需求断裂以及体育救济反哺的力量分散与反哺竞技导向异化;体育救济存在代际贫穷文化滞后于贫穷结构性要素的变更,因此需要遵循受助者文化和权益的非结构性进路进而得以对困境进行超越。其具体路径依赖于树立青少年体育文化权益意识、保障依法治体、打通体育权益壁垒、培育体育救济德性文化和及时更新升级文化资本。Using the method of case analysis,interview and document data,Lewis＇ s theory of poverty culture as an analysis tool to study the phenomenon of sports relief and causes of youth sports.The research suggests that sports relief terminology be used in sports charity and sports poverty alleviation;Nowadays,sports relief is particularly urgent and important,but there are structural difficulties in practice,such as the low efficiency resulting from power embedded,instrumental features of commercial and imbalance of public benefit,blocked sports relief channel,fracture of supply and demand,the strength dispersion of sports relief,and alienation of regurgitating competition,intergenerational poverty culture of sports relief lagged behind the change of the structural elements of poverty.Hence,it is necessary to follow the non-structural approach of the recipient＇s culture and interests to transcend the dilemma.The specific path is to set up the youth sports culture consciousness of rights and interests,security management in accordance with the law and through sports rights barriers and foster relief moral culture and timely updates culture capital.
