摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定独红骨刺丸中芍药苷、龙胆苦苷、肉桂酸。方法 Thermo C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,体积流量1.0m L·min-1,检测波长254nm、230nm、285nm。结果根据回归方程,芍药苷、龙胆苦苷、肉桂酸线性范围分别为0.0507~1.0136μg,r=1;0.08776~1.7552μg,r=1;0.00255~0.051μg,r=1。平均加样回收率分别为100.1%(RSD 2.2%);99.3%(RSD 0.74%);98%(RSD 3.99%)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,可同时测定独红骨刺丸中芍药苷、龙胆苦苷、肉桂酸。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determing the contents of Paeoniflor- in,Gentiopicroside and cinnamic acid in Duhong Guci Pills. METHODS The determination was performed on Thermo column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 254nm,230nm and 285nm. RESULTS The linear ranger of Paeoniflor- in, Gentiopicroside and cinnamic acid were 0. 0507 ~ 1. 0136μg ( r = 1 ) ;0. 08776 ~ 1. 7552μg, r = 1 ;0. 00255 ~ 0. 051 μg (r = 1 ), and their average recoveries were 100. 1% ( RSD = 2. 2% ), 99.3 % ( RSD = 0. 74% ), 98 % ( RSD = 3.99% ). CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate and it was suitable for simultaneous determination of contents of Paeoniflorin,Gentiopicroside and cinnamic acid in Duhong Guci Pills.
