摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定他米巴罗汀片的含量。方法色谱柱Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(58∶42),流速为1.0m L·min-1,检测波长:234nm。结果样品在1.04~20.8μg·m L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=1,n=7),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论该方法简便,快速,准确。OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for determination of tamibarotene tablets. METHODS The chromatographic were carried out on a Eclipse XDB-C18 （4. 6mm × 150mm,5μm） ,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphate at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1 ,the UV detection wavelength was 234nm. RESULTS In the scope of 1.04 -20. 8 μg · mL-1, the contents of tamibarotene had good linear relationship with their peak area（r = 1, n = 7 ）. The average recoveries were100.9%, RSD = 1.1% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple ,fast and accurate.
