双向高液位紧急切断阀设计技术研究

摘　　要：由于受目前国内相关标准滞后和设备技术水平限制,国内运加油设备尚未配备带紧急切断功能的专用进出油阀门,大部分车辆未安装高液位保护装置(除飞机加油车以外)。针对这种现状,设计一种具备油料进出控制、紧急切断和高液位保护功能为一体的双向紧急切断高液位控制阀。该阀门的研制可以增加运加油装备的安全性,满足国家标准强制条款要求,填补该装置的国内研究空白。The current domestic standards lag and the technical level of equipment are limited,and domestic refueling equipment are not equipped with emergency cut off function and the temperature exceeded the emergency cut off function of the dedicated oil valve,and most vehicles were not equipped with a high level of protection devices（except aircraft refueling vehicles）.Aiming at the present situation,we design one of the two-way emergency cut off the high level control valve with oil import control,emergency shut-off and high level protection functions.The development of the valve can greatly increase the safety of oil equipment,and meet the national standard requirements of mandatory provisions,and fill the blank of the device.
