摘  要:当今社会,各国普遍重视民众对民主的评价。使用"中国青年价值调查"团队的相关数据,并进一步使用"民主评价的中外差异",比较大学生对不同国家民主程度的评价。探索性的回归分析显示,大学生对民主具有一般性的支持,但其对民主的本土化与情景化理解仍深刻影响着其对民主的评价。另外,中国国家治理评价的显著影响表明,随着国家治理能力的提升、治理体系的完善,中国治理式民主将更加得到大学生的认同,并使大学生在面对西方民主时更加具备制度自信。国家荣耀感虽然会显著提升大学生对中国的民主评价,但并未显著降低对美日的评价。这意味着所谓"狭隘的民族主义"至少在本研究看来是站不住脚的。这有力地驳斥了国际民主评价指标所暗含的话语霸权。In contemporary society,the democratic evaluation is commonly valued by each country. This study uses the relevant data from 'Chinese Youth Values Survey ',and further uses the section of'Chinese and foreign Differences in Democratic Evaluation'to compare the college students' evaluation of democratic level in different countries. According to the exploratory regression analysis,the college students generally support democracy,but their understanding of democracy from the perspective of localization and contextualization still affect their democratic evaluation profoundly. In addition,the significant influence of the evaluation towards national governance in China indicates that,with the improvement of national governance competence and the perfection of governance system, China's governance-style democracy would receive more identification from college students. Meanwhile the college students would possess more system confidence when facing western democracy. For college students,the affection of national glory could significantly improve their evaluation of democracy in China,but it does not significantly reduce their evaluation of democracy in United States and Japan. This means that the so-called 'narrow nationalism'is untenable at least from the perspective of this article.Hence,this-paper could strongly refute the discourse hegemony implied in international democratic evaluation.
