优选黄芩苷镁盐最佳干燥方法及其抗炎作用研究

摘  要:目的:比较不同干燥方法对黄芩苷镁盐含量的影响,优选黄芩苷镁盐的最佳干燥方法并研究其抗炎作用。方法:采用冷冻干燥法、微波干燥法和干燥箱干燥法三种方法干燥黄芩苷镁盐,以HPLC法测定干燥后黄芩苷镁盐含量为最佳干燥方法指标,同时构建动物炎症模型,观察肿胀度。结果:冷冻干燥黄芩苷镁盐的含量为69.2%,微波干燥黄芩苷镁盐的含量为65.3%,干燥箱干燥黄芩苷镁盐的含量为59.8%;黄芩苷镁盐抗炎效果比黄芩苷更好。结论:选用冷冻干燥方法干燥黄芩苷镁盐,含量高且回收率高,易操作,黄芩苷镁盐吸收快,抗炎效果高于黄芩苷。Objective: Compared the influence on the content of baicalin magnesium compound dried by different drying method, then choose the best drying method and did anti-inflammatory research. Methods. Drying baicalin magnesium compound by freeze- drying method,microwave drying method and drying oven drying method, treated the content determined by HPLC after drying baicalin magnesium as the best indicators of the drying method, meanwhile, building a animal model of inflammation, then swelling was observed. Results. Lyophilized baicalin magnesium content of 69.2 %, Microwave drying baicalin magnesium content of 65.3 %, and Oven drying baicalin magnesium content of 59.8 %, Baicalin better anti-inflammatory effect of magnesium. Conclusion:Drying baicalin magnesium compound by freeze-drying method, which is easy operation and high stability, and the absorption rate and antiinflammation effects were better.
