摘　　要：目的:建立抗骨增生胶囊指纹图谱测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(2)100A色谱柱),以乙腈和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm,测定10批抗骨增生胶囊样品,建立其液相指纹图谱。结果:指纹图谱中共标记了14个共有峰,10批抗骨增生胶囊指纹图谱相似度均大于0.95。结论:该方法简便、稳定、重现性好,可用于抗骨增生胶囊的质量综合评价。Objective：To establish a method of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules by HPLC fingerprint. Methods：Using octadecylsilane bonded silica as filler [Phenomenex Luna C18 （2） 100A column], using acetonitrile and water as the mobile by gradient elution;flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 270nm. Determination of the 10 batches of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules and establish the HPLC fingerprint. Results：Under these selecled Speetum condition, 14 common peaks were marked in fingerprints of 10 batches of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules ,the similarity of 10 batches capsules were more than 0.95. Conclusion： This method had good percision, repeatability and stability, which were satisfied to compehensive evaluation for quality of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules.
