摘 要:目的:建立抗骨增生胶囊指纹图谱测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(2)100A色谱柱),以乙腈和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm,测定10批抗骨增生胶囊样品,建立其液相指纹图谱。结果:指纹图谱中共标记了14个共有峰,10批抗骨增生胶囊指纹图谱相似度均大于0.95。结论:该方法简便、稳定、重现性好,可用于抗骨增生胶囊的质量综合评价。Objective:To establish a method of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules by HPLC fingerprint. Methods:Using octadecylsilane bonded silica as filler [Phenomenex Luna C18 (2) 100A column], using acetonitrile and water as the mobile by gradient elution;flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 270nm. Determination of the 10 batches of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules and establish the HPLC fingerprint. Results:Under these selecled Speetum condition, 14 common peaks were marked in fingerprints of 10 batches of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules ,the similarity of 10 batches capsules were more than 0.95. Conclusion: This method had good percision, repeatability and stability, which were satisfied to compehensive evaluation for quality of Kanggu Zengsheng capsules.
