理气活血法治疗盆腔瘀血综合征临床经验

摘　　要：盆腔静脉瘀血综合征为妇科常见病,是引起妇科盆腔疼痛的重要原因之一,中医学将其归于妇人腹痛的范畴,肾虚、或气虚、或气滞均可导致血行不畅,"瘀血阻滞冲任胞宫"是盆腔静脉瘀血综合征的重要病机。治疗当以活血化瘀、理气止痛为主,药用中药经验方通任种子汤加减配合中药灌肠方水煎灌肠、中药封包外敷,以活血化瘀、理气止痛;同时予雷火灸、奥硝唑氯化钠注射液、丹红注射液等辅助治疗,屡有验效。Pelvic congestion syndrome is a common disease in gynecology, is one of the important causes of pelvic pain, traditional Chinese medicine, it belongs to the category of woman abdominal pain, or kidney deficiency or qi deficiency, qi stagnation, or can lead to poor blood, ＂Gore block Chongren uterus is an important pathogenesis of.
