消渴丸联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消渴丸联合二甲双胍治疗新诊老年2型糖尿病患者(糖化血红蛋白>8.0%)的临床疗效。方法:将68例初诊糖化血红蛋白>8.0%的老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组(n=36)与对照组(n=32),两组患者均给予饮食治疗,治疗组患者餐前30min予以消渴丸与二甲双胍治疗,对照组患者给予格列苯脲联合二甲双胍治疗,观察治疗前后血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖)、糖化血红蛋白、BMI、低血糖及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者血糖、HbAlc较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者BMI指数较治疗前均下降,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组患者无低血糖发生,对照组2例患者发生低血糖。治疗组患者各主要症状消除率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消渴丸联合二甲双胍可有效改善新诊老年2型糖尿病患者血糖指标,安全性高,且对患者体重影响小,可改善患者消渴主要症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the effects of Xiaoke pillcombined with metformin inHbAlc〉8% and newly diagnosedelderly with T2DM patients, methods：68newly diagnosedelderly with T2DM patientswithHbA1c〉8% in ourhospital fromJanuary 2016 to October 2016were randomly divided into treatment group（A group, 36 cases）and control group（B group, 32 cases）. All of patients were control diet,A group were treated with Xiaoke pillcombined with metforminand B group was treated with glibenelamidecom bined with metformin before each meal30minrespectivelyfor three months. Blood glucose level, HbAlc, BMI,incidence of hypoglycemia and main clinical symptoms were observed. Results ： The blood glucose andHbAlc were obviously decreased after treatment compared with their pre-treatmentin both groups （P〈0.05）, there was significantdifference between in A group and B group （P〈0. 05）. The BMI of 2 groups patients were decreased after treatment than before treatment, but no significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no hypoglycemia occurred in the A group, but 2 cases in B group patients. Main clinical symptoms were significantly improvedin A group. Conclusion： Xiaoke pill combined withmetformincan effectively decreaseblood glucose of HbA1c〉8 % newly diagnosed elderly patients with T2DM,with lower incidence of hypoglycemia and minimal effect on BMI. significant improve the main symptoms in patients with diabetes,Thetherapeutic regimencan be applied toclinical therapy fornewly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treatment.
