摘 要:目的研究贝壳类药材海螺壳和香螺壳的性状特征和显微特征,为药材的鉴定和质量标准的制定提供资料。方法采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法对海螺壳和香螺壳进行形态组织学对比研究。结果 2种药材均为单壳,海螺壳螺层约6层,香螺壳螺层约7层。2种贝壳横断面中角质层不易察见,外层(棱柱层)近透明状,珍珠层的文石晶体板片在不同位置呈现平行排列或相互交叉排列。海螺壳横断面可见分为3层,棱柱层、深棕色砖垛状珍珠层和灰色交错纹珍珠层。香螺横断面构造上明显分为4层,棱柱层和深棕色砖垛状、深棕色交错纹及淡棕色交错纹的珍珠层。结论采用性状和显微鉴别方法可准确鉴定海螺壳和香螺壳药材。Objective To provide reference for the identifying and the establishing of quality standards of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha, the macroscopic characteristics and microscopic characteristics of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha were studied. Methods The morphological structures of Rap- anae Concha and Neotuneae Concha were compared by using macroscopic identification and microscopic identification. Results Two kinds of medicinal materials were single shell, the spiral whorl layer number of Rapanae Concha was 6, and Neotuneae Concha was 7. In the transverse section of two kinds of shell, the cuticle layer was not easy to see, the outer layer (the prismatic layer) nearly transparent, and the a- ragonite crystal plate sheet of nacreous layer in different positions was parallel or cross arrangement. Analysis for the transverse section of Rapanae Concha(Rapana venosa) demonstrated that the shell consisted of three layers, the prismatic layer and two parts of nacreous layer, one part was deep brown, brick shaped and the other part was gray, staggered laminated pattern. While the Neotuneae Concha, the shell consisted of four layers, the prismatic layer and three parts of nacreous layer, deep brown brick shaped, dark brown and light brown staggered laminated pattern. Conclusion The medicinal material of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha could be identified by morphology and microscopy.
