摘  要:目的:观察子午流注纳甲针刺法对急性脑梗死大鼠血清MMP-2(基质金属蛋白酶2)、MMP-9(基质金属蛋白酶9)含量的影响。方法:选用SPF级雄性SD大鼠,采用大脑中动脉线栓法造模,随机分为5组,每日治疗1次,观察神经功能缺损及脑组织病理改变情况,ELISA法检测大鼠血清中MMP-2、MMP-9的含量。结果:与模型组比较,循经组、纳甲组一般情况好转,神经功能评分下降,脑梗死范围减小,病理改变减轻,血清MMP-2、MMP-9含量降低(P<0.01),纳甲组降低更明显。结论:子午流注纳甲针刺法可明显降低急性脑梗死模型大鼠血清MMP-2、MMP-9的含量。Objective : To observe the effects of Najia method of midday - midnight point selection on serum matrix metalloproteinase - 2 and matrix metalloproteinase - 9 contents of rats with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease (AICD). Methods: SPF SD male rats were chosen to process with middle cerebral artery bolt method to establish the model. Random number table method was applied to divide groups. The treatments were applied once a day. The observation shows the improvement of neural function and pathological changes of brain tissue. Results: Compared with the model group, general condition in both Najia method group and channel - point group were improved. The neurological function score and infarcts volume decreased. The cerebral pathological changes were reduced. To sum it up, the effect of the Najia method group was significantly decreased in terms of the contents of the serum matrix metalloproteinase - 2 and matrix metalloproteinase - 9 of rats ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The effect of the Najia method group was better than tthat of he channel - point group. Conclusion: Najia method of midday - midnight point selection can decrease the contents of the matrix metalloproteinase - 2 and matrix metal- loproteinase - 9 of the AICD model rats. The effect is better than that of the channel - point group.
