摘  要:目的探讨五味子酚(Sal)对氧化震颤素致帕金森病(PD)模型小鼠震颤行为的影响。方法选择90只清洁级雄性昆明种小鼠为试验对象,尾静脉注射氧化震颤素诱导小鼠PD模型。随机分为正常对照组、氧化震颤素模型组、Sal 100 mg/kg+氧化震颤素组、Sal 50 mg/kg+氧化震颤组素、Sal 25 mg/kg+氧化震颤素组和L-dopa组+氧化震颤素组各15只。造模时各组给予等体积的药物或溶剂,一次性给药。观察小鼠震颤情况和震颤时间,并计算氧化震颤素致颤的ED50值。结果与模型组小鼠比较,Sal 100 mg/kg、Sal 50 mg/kg、Sal 25 mg/kg均能使尾静脉注射氧化震颤素致小鼠震颤的致颤ED_(50)值显著增高,并能缩短小鼠的震颤时间。结论 Sal对氧化震颤素诱发的多巴胺/胆碱能平衡功能失调所致小鼠运动行为障碍有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Schisanhenol (Sal) on tremor and behavioral disorders in mice with Parkinson 's disease (PD) induced by Oxotremorine. Methods 90 male Kunming Mice were randomly divided into six groups, including normal control group, Oxotremorine model group, L-dopa group and Sal lOOmg/kg, Sal 50mg/kg, Sal 25mg/kg group. PD model was made by intravenous injection of Oxotremorine. Each group was administered with an equal volume of drug or vehicle orally once. The tremor and the lasting time of mice were observed and the protective effect of Sal on mice was observed by calculating the trembling ED50 value.Results Compared with the Oxotremorine model group, the lasting time of trembling of mice in Sal groups was significantly shorter. Sal100mg/kg, Sal 50mg/kg and Sal 25mg/kg increased the trembling ED50 value of mice.Conehmions Schisanhenol has a protective effect on Oxotremorine-induced dopamine/cholinergic motor disorder in mice.
