摘 要:目的探讨ECS结合理实一体化教学模式在《健康评估》课程中的应用效果。方法整群抽取本校2016级护理专科学生(1)班和(2)班的128名学生为研究对象。随机分为对照组(63名)和观察组(65名)。对照组学生接受传统教学方法,观察组学生接受生理驱动高仿真模拟人(ECS)结合理实一体化的教学。教学结束后,对两组学生采用相同的考核方式,对考核成绩进行统计学分析。结果观察组学生综合成绩(82.17±7.35)分,显著高于对照组学生(73.59±8.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.205,P<0.001)。87.31%的对照组学生不赞同传统的教学方式,而90.77%的观察组学生赞同ECS结合理实一体化的教学模式。结论 ECS结合理实一体化的教学模式有利于模拟临床真实情境,提高了教学效果,使学生不仅具备扎实理论功底,更能提高学生实践操作技能和解决临床实际问题的能力。Objective To investigate the effect of ECS combined with theory and practice integration mode in Health Assessment teaching.Methods The subjects were 128 students majored in nursing in class 1 and class 2 enrolled in 2016, those who were selected by using cluster sampling method. The students were grouped in control group (n = 63) and observation group (n = 65 ) randomly. The students in the control group received the traditional teaching method, students in the observation group accepted physiology driven high simulation (ECS) combined with the integration of theory and practice teaching. After the ending of teaching, the students of the two groups using the same assessment methods, statistica| analyzed the test resuhs.Results The comprehensive score of observation group was ( 82.17±7.35), significantly higher than the control group (73.59± 8.28), the difference was statistically significant (t = 6.205, P〈 0.001 ). 87.31 percent of students in control group do not agree with the traditional teaching methods, and 90.77% students in the observation group agree with ECS combined with the integration of theory and practice of the teaching mode. Conclusions The application of ECS combined with theory and practice integration mode in Health Assessment teaching is feasible.
