摘　　要：目的 探讨颈外静脉置管的不同角度对PICC并发症发生率的影响.方法 选择2013年8月—2015年11月颈外静脉置管的患者212例,通过X线下颈外静脉下行过程中形成的角度,分为钝角型组112例和锐角型组100例,评估两组患者PICC并发症发生情况.结果 钝角型组患者发生机械性静脉炎4例、血栓2例、感染0例,锐角型组患者发生机械性静脉炎19例、血栓9例、感染4例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为13.01、5.58、4.57;P〈0.05）.结论 颈外静脉分型钝角型置管的患者PICC并发症发生率少.Objective To investigate the effects of the angle of external jugular vein on the incidence of PICC complications.Methods A total of 212 patients with external jugular vein tube from August 2013 to November 2015 were divided into acute angle type （100 cases） and obtuse angle type （112 cases） according to the angle of external jugular vein by the X-ray. PICC complications of two groups were evaluated.Results There were 4 cases of mechanical phlebitis, 2 cases of thrombosis and 0 case of infection in the obtuse angle type group, while in the acute angle type group there were 19 cases of mechanical phlebitis, 9 cases of thrombosis and 4 cases of infection. Statistically significant differences were observed between two groups （χ2=13.01, 5.58, 4.57;P〈0.05）.Conclusions External jugular vein with obtuse angle type has lower incidence of PICC complications.
