基于CVM调查的主体功能区生态补偿意愿研究

摘　　要：选择条件价值评估法对黑龙江省主体功能区进行生态补偿意愿调查,建立二元离散选择模型,以此来分析黑龙江省主体功能区的生态补偿情况,得出生态补偿实施过程中影响居民生态补偿的因素,计算生态补偿支付额度,并总结生态补偿的障碍。研究表明:在黑龙江省主体功能区生态补偿实施过程中,居民的性别、年龄、文化程度、对生态补偿以及环境重要性的了解程度的变动,都会对居民生态补偿有所影响,而且计算得出居民的生态补偿支付额度偏低,为357.04元/年,对此提出相应的对策建议。Select the condition value evaluation method to investigate the ecological compensation willingness of the main function area of Heilongjiang province. Establish the binary discrete selection model and analyze the ecological compensation situation of the main function area in Heilongjiang province.Analyze the factors that influence the probability of ecological compensation in the implementation process of ecological compensation. Calculate the line of ecological compensation payment. Summarize the obstacles of ecological compensation. The study shows that the gender, age, culture level, level of understanding to ecological compensation and environmental importance have some effects on the willingness of ecological compensation in the implementation process of ecological compensation. And the calculation results show that the amount of ecological compensation payment is 357.04 yuan/year. Then according to the specific impact, put forward some suggestions.
